Step 3) We receive the phone, diagnose it, contact you, figure out the options and then proceed with the repair after you have paid for the appropriate service or simply generate a tracking number and send it out the same day via FedEx over night if you choose not to proceed with the repair.

Please note, you can reach us 7 days a week if you would like to know the status of your repair.
