If you do not know what is wrong with your iPod or would simply like us to quote you after diagnosing the iPod, this is the service you need.

We will never repair or do anything to your iPod without your permission.

Step 3) We receive the iPod, diagnose it, contact you, figure out the options and then proceed with the repair after you have paid for the appropriate service or simply generate a tracking number and send it out the same day via FedEx over night if you choose not to proceed with the repair.

Please note, you can reach us 7 days a week if you would like to know the status of your repair.
