A copy of your invoice (receipt) you get from buying this service

A copy of your groupon code or email

Your phone with no accessories

Step 3) We receive the phone, fix it, and call you.

Step 4) We generate a tracking number and send it out the same day* via FedEx over night.

Please note, you can reach us 5 days a week if you would like to know the status of your repair.
