You know, before i sent in my phone i called the toll free line couple of times. They were open on a Sunday, i mean who the heck is open on a Sunday! If you are considering this service then stop thinking and do it. I sent in my phone on Monday, tracking said they got it by Thursday. Thursday night i got a tracking number via email stating my phone was fixed. I got my phone in the mail on Monday like brand new! They even gave me a free screen protector!
